Hampers Deli at the Lobster
Pot Restaurant opens for the Summer.
The Lobster Pot is again opening Hampers Deli, our summer
deli shop, serving a whole range of delights. Justin Simms,
from our own kitchen, is heading up the deli team and preparing
produce in-house ensuring fresh products of the highest
quality. Having a chef run the deli is a first for the
Lobster Pot and Hampers Deli and we hope you will find
some lovely new tastes when you visit.
Another new attraction for Hampers Deli this year is
the addition of both inside and outside seating - what
could be nicer than relaxing outside on a warm summers
day with a cool drink and some delicious freshly prepared
snacks. Hampers Deli will be open this summer as follows:
June - Thursday to Sunday - 10am - 6 pm
July - 7 Days - Sunday 9am - 6pm
August - 7 Days - 9am - 6pm
We hope that when visiting Strangford and surrounding
area you will drop in and sample the delights of the Lobster
Pot and maybe take away some exciting food and drink from

New Sous Chef at the Lobster Pot
We are delighted to welcome Gerard Lynott, former head
chef at Belfast Castle and little brother of our own head
chef, Mark, to the team at the Lobster Pot. Gerard joins
us as our new Sous Chef and we look forward to the delights
the "Lynott brothers" will serve from our kitchens
for your enjoyment this summer. -:- May 06
Rose of Tralee Update - The Staff, Management &
Customers of The Lobster Pot, Strangford, would like to
congratulate Orla, Diane & Fionnuala for their great
effort at The Rose Of Tralee Co. Down final. Unfortunately
we were not successful this year but watch this space for

New Menus at the Lobster Pot  Strangford
- From 21 April 2006 we have a new A La Carte and Bistro
menu. You can check them out in advance of their introduction
in the restaurant here. A
